3. Products and availability
Our products are currently available for delivery to the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We'll expand as demand grows.
We have made every reasonable effort to display our products accurately on this website, including descriptions, images, and sizing information. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of colors and details will be perfectly accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to specific regions, to modify product descriptions, and to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Any offer made on this site is void where prohibited by applicable law.

5. Orders and payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply limitations.
Payment is processed securely through our platform. We do not store your credit card information. Orders flagged as potentially high-risk may require additional verification before being processed.
6. Returns and refunds
We want every aira customer to have a great experience. If something isn't right, please reach out to us first at contact@shop-aira.com. We would always rather help you get the most out of your product than have you return it without support.
Magnetic strip
The reusable magnetic strip is eligible for return within 30 nights of delivery, provided it is in good physical condition, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Adhesive tab packs
For hygiene reasons, adhesive tab packs can only be returned if they are completely unopened and untampered with. Once a pack has been opened or a single tab has been removed, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer product exchanges.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
If your purchase was made through a third-party platform, please initiate your return directly through that platform in accordance with their policies.
7. Customs and duties
We deliver to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Orders to Saudi Arabia are shipped Delivered Duty Paid, which means we cover any customs duties and import taxes. You will not be asked to pay additional charges when your order is delivered.
If a carrier ever asks you for a customs or import payment on an order we have shipped, contact us at contact@shop-aira.com and we will resolve it.
8. Accuracy of information
We strive to ensure that all information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or any other content is entirely free of errors. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
