The magnetic strip itself lasts months: it's reusable. What you need to replace are the adhesive tabs, one pair per night. Order 30, 60 or 90 pairs at a time, so your ongoing cost is just the tabs, not the whole kit every time.

The adhesive tabs are medical-grade and specifically designed to minimise irritation. They come off cleanly in the morning without pulling your skin. If your skin is particularly sensitive, you can do a small patch test on your first night, but most people with sensitive skin have no issues.
