2. 30-night guarantee
Try aira for 30 nights. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us at contact@shop-aira.com within 30 nights of delivery and we'll guide you through the return process.
3. Magnetic strip returns
The reusable magnetic strip is eligible for return within 30 nights of delivery, provided it is in good physical condition, not broken or damaged and returned in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, simply contact our support team with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Adhesive tabs returns
Adhesive tab packs are eligible for return only if they are completely unopened and untouched. Once a pack has been opened or a tab has been removed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
We encourage you to try the tabs. They're designed to be used.
5. Free gifts and promotional items
If your order included a free item, please return it with your kit. If you keep it, its normal retail value is deducted from your refund.
6. Important notes
Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through our official website. If you purchased through a third-party platform, please initiate your return through that platform directly.
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving your return.
