We deliver to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. These are the only countries we ship to for now, and we'll expand as demand grows.

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Timelines are estimates. Public holidays, high demand periods, or courier delays can occasionally push them, and we'll always keep you in the loop.
Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you'll get a tracking link by email so you always know exactly where it is.
Customs and duties
Orders to Saudi Arabia are shipped Delivered Duty Paid. That means customs and taxes are sorted on our end, with no surprise charges when your order arrives.
Your delivery address
Double-check your address and phone number before placing your order. If something's off, it can delay your delivery and we won't be able to reroute it once it's dispatched.
If something goes wrong
Every order is guaranteed. If yours doesn't arrive, tell us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll send a replacement to the same address. This covers anything that goes wrong in transit. It doesn't cover an incorrect address entered at checkout.
